1. Sponsor

This promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by [Legal Entity Name], having a principal place of business at [Business Address] (the "Sponsor"). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform except as expressly stated herein.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of [eligible states / the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia] who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years or older as of the date of entry ("Entrant" or "Entrants"). Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or persons residing in the same household as such persons, whether related or not, are ineligible to participate. The Promotion is void in [excluded jurisdictions] and wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state, or local law. By entering, each Entrant represents and warrants that they satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth herein.

3. Entry Period

Each monthly drawing shall have its own entry period (the "Entry Period"), commencing at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on the first calendar day of the applicable month and concluding at 11:59:59 PM ET on the final calendar day of that same month, as reflected in the countdown timer displayed on the Sponsor's website (the "Site"). Sponsor's database clock shall serve as the official timekeeper for purposes of the Promotion.

4. Method of Entry

During the applicable Entry Period, Entrants may obtain entries into the drawing (each, an "Entry") by either of the following methods, each of which shall be afforded identical weight and odds of winning:

• (a) Paid Entry. An Entrant may purchase one or more entry packages through the Site's designated checkout mechanism for the consideration set forth therein. Purchase of an entry package constitutes a request for entry processing services and does not, in and of itself, confer any greater likelihood of being selected as a winner.
• (b) Free Entry / Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"). An Entrant may, without any purchase or payment whatsoever, submit an entry by (i) completing and submitting the online entry form made available on the Site, or (ii) mailing a hand-printed request containing the information specified in the "Free Entry" section of the Site to the address designated therein, provided such request is postmarked during the applicable Entry Period and received no later than [X] days thereafter. Entrants are limited to one (1) free Entry per person, per email address, and/or per household, per day during the applicable Entry Period, unless otherwise stated on the Site.
• (c) Aggregation of Entries. All Entries validly received pursuant to Sections 4(a) and 4(b) above shall be aggregated into a single entry pool for each respective model, and each Entry within such pool shall carry identical odds of being selected, irrespective of the method by which it was obtained.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of any given Entry being selected as a winning Entry are dependent upon the total number of eligible Entries received for the applicable model during the applicable Entry Period and cannot be predetermined by Sponsor in advance.

6. Prize

One (1) winner shall be selected for each participating model for each Entry Period (each, a "Winner"). The prize awarded to each Winner shall consist of one (1) in-person participation opportunity in a live photo shoot with the applicable model, together with round-trip coach-class airfare, standard hotel accommodations for up to [X] night(s), and ground transportation to and from the photo shoot location, each arranged directly by Sponsor and subject to scheduling, availability, chaperone, and safety requirements determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (collectively, the "Prize"). Airfare, hotel, and transportation are provided only as arranged by Sponsor; Sponsor will not reimburse a Winner's independently booked travel. The Prize carries an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $[X], inclusive of estimated travel costs. The Prize is awarded "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, is non-transferable and non-assignable, and no cash or other substitution shall be permitted except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, in which case Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Selection and Verification of Winners

Winners shall be determined by random drawing from among all eligible Entries (paid and free, in the aggregate) for the applicable model, conducted within [X] days following the close of the applicable Entry Period, using a logged and timestamped randomization methodology applied against the complete Entry log. Selected Entrants are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules (these "Rules") as a condition of receiving any Prize, and Sponsor's decisions in all such matters shall be final and binding.

8. Winner Notification and Forfeiture

The potential Winner will be notified via the email address and/or telephone number associated with the winning Entry within [X] days of selection. The potential Winner must respond to such notification within [X] days of attempted notification, and, as a condition of receiving the Prize, may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release (collectively, the "Release Documents"). Failure to respond within the stated period, failure to execute and return the Release Documents, noncompliance with these Rules, or the return of any notification as undeliverable may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate Winner in accordance with Section 7.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Each Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes arising from receipt of the Prize. By entering, each Entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrants, printing errors, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (b) technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software; (c) the inability of any Entrant to submit an Entry due to any reason beyond Sponsor's reasonable control; or (d) any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected from Entrants in connection with the Promotion shall be used by Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion, including winner selection, verification, and notification, and shall otherwise be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. Sponsor shall not sell or rent Entrant personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without the Entrant's consent.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. As a condition of participating in the Promotion, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in New Jersey.
